Thank you for using the Teachers consultancy Mobile Application (App) licensed by Teachers Consultancy. When you use the App or stream its content from any web portal, you search and share information with MobiCom. As you use our services, we want you to be aware how we’re using the information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy. You may not use the Software if you (a) do not agree to these terms, (b) are not the older of (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age to form a binding contract with MobiCom, or (c) are prohibited from accessing or using the Software or any of its contents, goods or services by applicable law. if you are a minor i.e. below the age wherein you can form a legally binding contract under applicable law, you may use the Software only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We collect information about you in the following ways:

Information we get from your use of our Software

When you use the Software to access offers or rewards that are part of the benefits program, purchase goods or services etc.; we collect and transmit this data for taking necessary action. We also collect data when you view and interact with our content. This information includes:

Device information

We collect device specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version &unique device identifiers).

Log information

When you use our services via the Software, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes:

  • Details of how you used the Software, such as your search queries.

  • IP (Internet Protocol) address.

  • Device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.

We may record your current location, using various technologies like IP address, GPS and other similar sensors. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by turning off the location services settings for the Software on your device.

We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.

How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect from your use of the Software in the following way:

  1. Personal details – like name, age, gender etc. – We use the data in an aggregated format that does not uniquely identify you to find out what content is generated/consumed by what demographics of people.

  2. Your financial information – like credit/debit card, bank details – MobiCom does not collect this information. You enter this information on a partner payment gateway portal. MobiCom facilitates a seamless transfer of your browsing from the Software to the payment gateway portal.

  3. Location – We extract the city/country information from the server log to find out where most of our users are so that we may serve them more pertinent local offers, for billing purposes etc.

  4. Preferences- Our automated systems analyse your usage of the Software to provide you personally relevant features, such as customized search results and tailored advertising.

  5. Any other information - we collect these in an aggregated way, so that it does not uniquely identify you. We only use such aggregated information to improve our offerings for all users who use our software.

Information we share

  1. All the content you generate is only shared with the Teachers Consultancy.

  2. We share with law enforcement agencies any details about your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
